I was born in Cincinnati but grew up in NKY. I attended the University of Evansville in Evansville, IN, majoring in Sports Medicine, and returned back home to work as a Personal Trainer, primarily working as a liaison between medical professionals and the public to help those with injuries and diseases return to an active, healthy lifestyle. Married a local boy and moved to Morrow, OH, where I've been the past 20+ years raising 2 kids while working. In 2019, I decided to leave the commercial fitness industry to have better family/work balance. I enjoy attending my kids' sporting events, gaining all kinds of home renovation ideas from HGTV, and watching soccer. I hold 2 personal training, 1 medical exercise specialty, Pilates reformer, and TRX Suspension certifications.
