Autumn is here! It seems like I wait all year for this season, and when it finally comes I want to do all the fun fall things. One event that should be on everyone’s list is Blooms and Berries Fall on the Farm!

Blooms and Berries Fall on the FarmActivities for kids of all ages

As one of southwest Ohio’s largest fall festivals, Blooms and Berries Fall on the Farm offers family activities such as:

  • A 5-acre (Bengals themed!) corn maze, plus a mini corn maze
  • Hayride to the pumpkin patch
  • Cow train rides
  • Pumpkin bounce pad
  • Straw maze
  • Sweets and treats
  • Nursing and diaper changing station
  • And more!

Don’t miss what’s new!

But new this year is something that isn’t quite for the kids. Blooms and Berries now has a freshly built beer garden open every weekend the festival runs.

Beer?! Did I just say beer? I sure did! And they are also offering wine! You can stop in and catch the score or a few plays of your favorite football team on the TV. Visit the beer garden between one of the many farm activities offered, or you can make an adults only day out of it.

Blooms and Berries Fall on the FarmWith a large corn maze, you can gather your friends and have some coveted grown-up time without the kids. There are various stations throughout the maze where you can earn points, and at the end tally them up to see who wins. Men vs. Women? Adult siblings pitted against each other? You decide, but make sure to grab a beer afterwards to celebrate!

Treats? Yup! Fall on the Farm offers treats for kids AND adults

If you do happen to have kids with you, don’t worry; Blooms and Berries also has lots of treats like apple cider, caramel apples, and bakery items. In the beer garden you can also purchase pop, bottled water, and snacks. When I was there, the snacks included nachos, fresh popcorn, and bagged chips and cookies. The kids can get something they want, you enjoy your beverage and you all take a break from the farm excitement together as a family. Everyone wins!

Whether it be challenging your kids to duck races, picking out the perfect pumpkin, or enjoying an ice cold craft beer, age doesn’t matter when it comes to this kind of fall fun!

I am a born and raised Cincinnatian, and I love this city and everything it has to offer. I'm married to my wonderful husband, Joe, and our daughter is a spunky, opinionated toddler named Rozlyn. I was raised a West Sider, but moved northeast shortly before marriage. My husband teases that West Side roots run deep, and I cannot go anywhere without seeing someone I know! I love exploring the city with my little family. Some of the most fun we have had together is when we just get up and see where the day takes us. I am embracing my current role as a SAHM and constantly learning as I go!
