Dust off your witch hats, pack up those goblins,
and get out there for a month full of spooktacular Halloween fun!

If you are like me, you plan ahead for holiday events. With the uncertainty of trick-or-treating looming over our heads (normally, it’s just the unpredictable Fall weather, but now we’ve added COVID-19 to the mix!), here are some fun and safe alternatives! Because, we will take ANY excuse to wear a costume right?!


Haunted Village

Halloween Walk at Fairfield Greens

Thursday, October 15th 3:30-6:30pm

Halloween Spooktacular

Saturday, October 24th 1-3pm 

East Butler County YMCA
6645 Morris Road
Hamilton, Ohio 45011

Kids ages 4-8 are invited to join for a Halloween Spooktacular! You will enjoy a pumpkin craft, bingo, skeleton relay, Halloween Pictionary, and pumpkin ring toss. They will be having a light snack, and everyone will go home with a little treat!

$10/Member; $15/Non-member

Munchkin Trick or Treating Trail

Saturday, October 24th 12-4pm

Fairfield, Ohio 45014

Lion’s Park, located on the corner of Hicks Boulevard and Dennison Drive in Fairfield, is having a Pumpkin and Munchkin Trick or Treat Trail Event on October 24, 2020. Festivities begin at 12pm and last until 4pm. Admission, Trick or Treating, and Parking are Free.There will be Vendors and Crafters as well.

Follow the Trick or Treat Trail to collect your candy from the vendors and crafters beginning at 1 pm until 3 pm. They will be firing up the grill with hot-dogs and other side dishes that will be available for purchase, or you can pack your lunch and have a picnic in the park. Minions will be taking pictures with all the ghouls and goblins from 12 to 1pm, so be sure to wear your best Halloween costume. Lion’s Park is an animal-friendly park, so feel free to bring your furry pets. Jungle gym and swing sets are in the park for children to play. Music, face-painting, and pumpkin decorating are just some of the other fun activities that will be happening during the event, too!

West Side Halloween Market

FREE EVENT

This is a free community event with shopping from over 100+ local vendors, food trucks, baked goods, kid-friendly activities, and so much more! Enjoy some local brews from West Side Brewing and Halloween-themed activities for all ages!

Halloween Treat Street

October 24th 9am-12pm

FREE EVENT

Come dressed in your favorite costume for an evening of spooktacular fun! While supplies last, children 12 and under will enjoy Trick-or-Treating, festive music, refreshments, and more. This is a free community event.

  1. I teach an infant/toddler music and movement “mommy and me” class at Blue Cocoon. We will have a special Halloween themed class on Thursday, Oct. 26th at 10 a.m. Children are encouraged to wear a costume and will receive a Halloween gift. We will sing and dance to Halloween songs as well as favorite children’s songs. You can find more information on Blue Cocoon’s facebook page under events or on the store website!
