FOURTH OF JULY

Come together and celebrate Independence Day from sea to shining sea. Join JMR and the Pops for a showcase of American favorites inspired by the beauty of this land and its peoples. This is America the Beautiful for all—with music to lift your spirit and set your heart aglow. Stick around for the post-concert fireworks!

  • $5 tickets for active & retired military

Independence Day Cruise with BB Riverboats

July 3rd

Celebrate our nation’s birthday with a good old-fashioned, All-American picnic as you cruise to Coney Island. Upon arrival, a host of holiday festivities await at Larosa’s Balloon Glow featuring over 30 hot and cold air balloons, live entertainment and a spectacular grand finale fireworks display! Families may take advantage of activities inside Coney Island at an additional cost. All seating is reserved.

Super Hero Cruise with BB Riverboats

July 2nd

ATTENTION ALL POTENTIAL SUPER HEROES! BB Riverboats requests your presence for this 2 hour cruise complete with official Super Hero Training. Bring the whole family to learn the ins and outs of being a Super Hero and test out your skills as you learn them. After you have mastered your special powers, show them off on the dance floor as we throw a DJ Dance Party with all the Super Heroes! Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Island Balloon Glow at Coney Island

July 3rd

Watch the night sky glow with hot air balloons, jump and play on inflatable obstacles, enjoy carnival food and games, and end the night with Rozzi’s Famous Fireworks!
Make Balloon Glow a full day of fun with a visit to Sunlite Water Adventure! The pool area will be open from 10:00 AM-9:30 PM and will remain open for a unique fireworks view. Don’t just stop by at night, play all day and relax at night to enjoy the 22nd Annual Balloon Glow.

Presented by the Louis & Melba Schott Foundation, Fifth Third Bank, Trustee, CCAC’s 14th annual summer concert series celebrates art, music, community, diversity and connection – all at the historic 1911 Burnet Woods bandstand! Fun activities for kids at the Kids Art Corner and various food vendors each week.

Join the CAC on Thursday mornings for creative playtime at Washington Park. This weekly program uses hands-on art making activities to excite and educate our youngest visitors.

This FREE program is designed especially for children ages 2-6 years old, and their parents or caregivers. Older and younger siblings are always welcome to participate. No registration required. Drop-ins are welcome.

Princess Cruise with BB Riverboats

We respectfully request that all Royal Princesses join us for an enchanting afternoon aboard our Princess Cruise. Enjoy a unique cruise featuring a DJ, dancing and appearances by some of your favorite fairy tale princesses that we all love. Bring your “Little Princess” onboard and enjoy an afternoon that will truly be a “Royal” experience.  All seating is reserved.

Do Good Mission July Workshop

Every fall the Warren County Foster Care holds a back to school drive. We would love to get the kids involved and make up backpacks full of supplies and things needed. It is also a great opportunity for us to talk to kids about foster care.This class is designed for school age children. There will be a sign up sheet for back to school supplies starting July 1st. Parents are welcomed to stay or shop at the studios inside the Morrow Arts Center.

Fiona’s Sundae Fundae

Get ready to party like a hippo princess during Fiona’s Sundae Fundae.

This sweet fundraiser offers a double-dip of Fiona and delicious Graeter’s ice cream.  Fiona’s Sundae Fundae will take you around the Zoo for an ice cream sampling where you will be able to see some of your favorite animals enjoying their outdoor habitats after hours.  As you wander through the Zoo, sample delicious Graeter’s Ice Cream at my stations around the Zoo!

Upon arrival, guests will receive their Graeter’s Ice Cream passport to show the way to our 6 sampling stations. Limited concessions will be open during the Fiona Sundae Fundae.
