LaRosa’s Balloon Glow

There is no charge (other than parking) to view the balloons and fireworks. Normal rates apply for Sunlite Pool and Coney’s Classic Rides.

Coney Island comes alive at the 20th Annual LaRosa’s Balloon Glow! Live music, classic ride, and performances by the Cincinnati Circus Stunt Show (July 3-4) make for a fun-filled evening. Later, the evening sky illuminates when hot air balloons of every color glow for all to see. The grand finale for the event is a spectacular Rozzi Fireworks display over the banks of Lake Como.

Red, White & Kaboom! celebrates Independence Day in Fairfield with an amazing fireworks display from Rozzi’s Famous Fireworks, entertainment, food and activities at four official viewing locations in Fairfield (Harbin ParkVillage Green ParkFairfield Aquatic Center, and Marsh Lake). Lebanon Independence Day Celebration

The fun will begin at 4:00 p.m. with access to carnival and kid zone activities such as interactive inflatables, bounce houses, carnival games and more! Guests can also enjoy a wide variety of food options as well as adult beverages available throughout the evening. Stage entertainment (Daughtry) will kick off at 6:00 p.m. with a skydiving exhibit presented by FASTRAX Skydiving and continue throughout the night until a fireworks display presented by Rozzi’s Famous Fireworks at 10pm.

Symphony Concert – 7/3
The festivities start at 7:30 p.m. with the playing of the national anthem followed by a mix of patriotic selections. Bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy the beautiful park setting while listening to the Blue Ash Montgomery Symphony Orchestra celebration of America’s holiday. Starting at 6:30 p.m., the Rotary Club of Northeast Cincinnati will be grilling items for purchase as a dinner option before the concert.
Independence Day Parade (10a) & Festival (11a-2p) – 7/4
Americana at its best! Fun kids’ games, corn-on-the-cob, hot dogs, pony rides, music and an ALL-STAR ballgame round out this year’s festival. Find a hillside spot to watch two local baseball teams play in the noontime All-Star game.

Miltary Appreciation Days

Kings Island

KI will waive the regular admission fee for active military, retired military, National Guard, veterans with an honorable or medical discharge and Reserve Officers’ Training Corps. In addition, up to six (6) tickets can be purchased for $35 each for immediate family members of military personnel. Just bring a valid government-issued military ID to receive these tokens of our military appreciation.

The Cincinnati Pops showcase patriotic favorites inspired by the grit and grandeur of this great nation of ours. This is America the Beautiful for all, with a glorious Rozzi’s Famous Fireworks display after the show. Visit the Family Fun Zone before the concert and enjoy Coney Island classic rides with free admission on July 4 with your Red, White & Boom! concert ticket. (Excludes pool.)

City of Edgewood’s July 4th Extravaganza

Start the day with a 5K race, which includes divisions for both runners and walkers and a children’s fun run. Parade will begin at 9:30am. Later there is a concert at Freedom Park, beginning at 7:30pm, complete with a fireworks display to end the evening. If rain, the fireworks will be rescheduled for the following evening.

4th of July Parade & Franklin’s All American Blast!

The kids will have fun playing on inflatables, a zip line, and participating in our COSI event station.  Bring your suits too because the Franklin Pool will be open until the fireworks shoot off as well! Don’t miss the Wettest Parade in Ohio stepping off at 10am from the Lion’s Bridge, to South Main Street and along 6th Street ending at Franklin Community Park. Then, come back to Franklin Community Park, 304 East 6th Street at 6 PM to see The Menu’s LIVE on Stage! You don’t want to miss the expanded food vendors and trucks, beer garden and the kid’s activity zone. Rozzi Famous Fireworks end the evening with limited parking at the park and on-street neighborhood parking throughout the area.

The parade begins at 10am (Starts on Oak Avenue at Wyoming Avenue), Followed by free swimming for all residents at the Family Aquatic Center from 12-5pm. The Muddy Pig (North Park) is from 1-4pm, inflatables and music (Oak Park) from 5:30-9:30pm, and Fireworks (Oak Park) at 9:45pm

City of Independence Fourth of July Celebration

The 4th of July Celebration is the largest event during the summer in Independence. The festival runs on Friday and Saturday nights. On Friday night you can expect to enjoy rides, music, food, and a general festive atmosphere. On Saturday, the celebration starts with a car show followed by a parade that runs from Summitview Middle School to the Memorial Park. Festivities include live music at the Donna Yeager Amphitheater, an expanded teen zone, food, rides & games for children, and events conclude with a spectacular Fireworks Show at 10pm.
