Easter Sunday is almost upon us. The thought of wrangling children into Easter finery, filling baskets, hiding eggs and still making it to church on time makes me tired just thinking about it. When the baskets have been emptied, eggs have been found, and the bunny pictures have been taken, there is only one thing left to do on Easter Sunday.

While I myself would be perfectly happy eating Peeps and chocolate bunnies all day, my family insists on a proper meal.
